May Warmer & Scent of the Month!

OTHELLO!!!! (isn't it beautiful!?!?)

OXFORD! (mmmm... i think it smells like a yummy man!)

A masculine blend of ginger and frankincense
with cedar and amber undertones, Oxford
conjures up images of a wood-paneled library
on a rainy evening. This manly scent evokes
memories of a classic aftershave.
If you haven't subscribed to the scent of the month OR the warmer and scent combo you should seriously think about it. you can get the scent of the month for $30 and it includes... 1 brick, 6 bars, room spray, car candle, party tester, basket tester & 50 flyers! that's over a $60 value!
and the warmer/scent of the month combo is $60 and it includes all of the above PLUS the warmer.. of course! so that's over a $90 value! AND it's commissionable! so for the $60 package you get $15 back in your paycheck. so for $45 to get all that... and to be able to make samples, sell at retail, display - whatever... it's soooo worth it!
you can sign up on your work station... click on ORDER... under management click on SUBSCRIPTIONS... and add whichever you like! :D

BASKET PARTIES!

yay BASKET PARTIES!!! something that i do ALL the time and actually carries my business! :D

in fact, today i sent 3 mini's off in the mail! all over! one to rapid city, sd - one to michigan - and one to JAPAN!!! and unfortunately we all know that Scentsy doesn't send to APO addresses YET... but hopefully soon. my friend Steph lives on the military base in Okinawa and is going to share the product with her bunco friends! yay! so i'm charging them 10% shipping and getting it shipped here... then i'll out of pocket anything that is beyond the 10%. i'm willing to give my commission because once scentsy decides to start shipping to APO addresses... i want that military base to think JARI SPRY when they hear SCENTSY! so... that's my story! with basket parties you can ship them ANYWHERE!!!!!! :D

(oh and one basket it going to st louis missouri tomorrow! - hoofta! i need to start keeping track of where they're at!)

ok so now you ask... how do you get basket testers? well... you can order a full basket party set thru the business supplies on your work station. they are $60 plus tax and shipping. i have 2 sets. but we've ALSO started making mini testers... half the size of the testers scentsy has for the basket parties.left to right... party tester, basket tester, mini tester - see how little they are... less expensive to ship too!
i make these sets for $30 + shipping (which only covers the cost for jars, wax & labels) and i would be happy to make you a set. please let me know. it takes a little while to get the jars and filled and sent. a couple weeks.
ok... next question... how do i get people to do basket parties for me? well... ASK! ask your family, friends, co workers, neighbors, old neighbors, internet friends... ask them to HELP you! when you ask people who care about you to help you out... they will be willing to try. and they'll fall in love and be addicted and *poof* you have a new customer who is telling more people about scentsy. and who knows... maybe someone they share scentsy with will want to start and business and you have a recruit! and a new friend! wooo hoooo!
ok so now i'm going to email you all what i include in a basket party. documents... anyway! :D
but in my basket parties i include all scents 86 now that mays oxford is out (talk about yummy guy smell! mmmmmm!), a room spray, car candle, scentsy bar (can be used) and sometimes a plug in... just so they can test it out. business cards, 4 catalogs, 10 order forms, specials sheet, wish lists, door prize sheets (to get their information and email to add to my monthly newsletter - and to see if they'd be interested in hosting a show too :D) - oh and return postage!
ok... i hear my little one waking up (every night between 11 & 1230 and she's 4!! ha ha!)
so i'll send the email of documents i include in the box.
have an excellent day!
you girlios are AWESOME!!!!

Jenna's Scent Samples

how cuuute are these?!? aaahhhh..... melt the wax in a pyrex either in the microwave or on the stovetop - very low heat - pour into a pan (your choice in size) glass or an old thrifted one - 1/4" thick - let it cool for about 5 minutes - use a little seasonal cookie cutter (available at joanns, michaels, walmart, probably any craft store) - then peel off the extra... just like sugar cookies :D - melt that down and do it all over! i use my brick from the scent of the month kit - makes TONS of samples. Great for thank you's for your customers (put them in with their order), perfect for booths at fairs or shows - customers want to leave with something, and those that don't buy walk away with something that says scentsy - and may just turn around and come right back to your table after they sniff one of these cuuties! :D

the possibilities are endless! can't wait to see yours!!

Jenna's Displays

i love how she used the boxes underneath the table cloth to give the display more dimension. and it's all right there if someone were to buy it! :D these are great!!!
good job JENNA!!!

Jari's Display Ideas

last night i had a "mystery hostess party" at a restaurant in the back room... turned out very well! some restaurants will do this free of charge - but in this case - i had this very good sized room for 4 hours yesterday and the room cost was $25! (way easier for me to pay that then me stressing out about cleaning my house 2 whole days before... ugh!)

so this is what it looked like...

(similar plant stands can be found here. maybe a few of you want to get together and purchase them... no shipping on orders over $39 it looks like. just leave a comment at the end of the post)(don't you looove the gingham? i'm sooo ready for picnic weather!)this sign can be found thru our websites... in your workstation click on scentsy success, log in again, click on 'free stuff' then click on downloads - there are a few nice signs for display

those are my basket parties - rip roarin' ready to go! one walked out the door that night :D i'll have a post soon about what is in the basket party...here's my clipboards... on the from the top to the bottom is business card, door prize sheet (VERY important because you get their info, email (to add to monthly newsletter!), and whether or not they want to host a home party, basket party, to do what we're doing, or if they know of someone who would love scentsy!), wish list, catalog with the monthly sales sheet and an order formsee the flower pens? the inside of the flower has coffee beans hot glued to them - write and sniff to clear out your nose so you're ready for the next scent. does it get any better!!??!

i'll add more soon! this will be a blog with LOTS and OODLES of Scentsy info!
